CONFERENCE IN AMSTERDAM

Our client, a real estate investment company based in Australia, approached EVENTÔIR with a brief to organize their strategy conference and 20-year celebration. This city was the ideal base to get together 200 employees from 10 locations across Europe.

Our clients’ corporate strategy had been updated and the details of the strategy required communication. The group strategy conference in Amsterdam was to build ‘brand equity’. Also it was also an opportunity to connect the employees to the updated strategy. Another reason for the event was their 20-year anniversary. Therefore the conference was followed by a gala dinner in the evening, to celebrate and recognize employees’ accomplishments. Above all this was an appreciaton for their hard work and achievements.

Over 150 employees travelled to Amsterdam from 10 locations across Europe, for their strategy conference and to celebrate their 20-year anniversary. The group stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre, where the conference was also held. After a day of meetings the delegates departed by boat to the dinner venue. Floating down Amsterdam’s canals with typical Dutch bites served on board is one of the most memorable ways to discover the city. The guests arrived at the beautifully decorated Amsterdam Conference Centre Beurs van Berlage for a gala dinner catered by Maison van den Boer. This evening was a special occasion for the employees to engage and celebrate their accomplishments while enjoying musical entertainment by Mindy & The Good Vibes Society. View more of our projects here!
