EVENTÔIR recently organised a incentive in the lovely coastal town of Sitges. This exclusive gathering designed to meet for the second year, the unique needs of Gleiss Lutz. A leading European law firm known for their exceptional legal expertise and commitment to delivering top-notch services. Against the surroundings of Sitges’, the event smoothly blended business and leisure. It offer an unforgettable canva for 160 participants greeting from Germany to gather at the Melia Sitges hotel.

Our collaboration focused on developing a program of events combining culture, team building, and, above all, endless enjoyment. On the first day, our attendees had the gift of time. After arriving at the hotel, everyone got the opportunity to unwind and recharge, indulging in relaxation in the luxurious surroundings. Later, they embarked on a visit to Sitges, a seaside jewel.

After a rejuvenating day, our attendees treated to a delightful culinary experience at the seaside restaurant Can Laury, savouring the flavours of a delectable paella. The soothing sound of the waves as our setting, was perfect for networking and getting to know one another better. The guests finally gathered at the contemporary See You Chill Out for after-dinner drinks, forging connections and creating lasting memories by the shore.

On the second day of the event, attendees were treated to a unique opportunity to truly discover Barcelona where teams embarked on a Urban Hoppers activity. This vibrant endeavor featured dynamic challenges, including Blind Tapas Tasting or a glimpse into the historic Jewish Quarter. The reward was a lunch at 1881 per Sagardi, followed by leisure time to explore Barcelona’s enchanting streets. This activity not only allowed everyone to experience the essence of Barcelona but also served as a fantastic networking opportunity.

After a day of getting to know each other better, attendees had a memorable evening at the stunning La Daudara. Nestled right in front of the sea, the venue’s natural wonder set the perfect stage for our last night together. The delicious dinner was just the beginning, as the atmosphere transformed into an incredible party setting with a talented DJ, making La Daudara a truly magical place to create lasting memories.
