Harbour Experience in Vinkeveen

The Harbour Experience event in Vinkeveen was organised for our client BIC. In previous years, EVENTÔIR organised different events for BIC Lighters. We did everything from the fly & drive to the adventure island where their top clients could enjoy activities like truck driving.

This year, we decided to organise something new and different for BIC’s top clients. The plan was to include an overnight stay and to organize a 24-hour program, so that our clients have more time to connect and bond.

The event was held in Vinkeveen, a popular summer holiday spot located just a stone’s throw from Amsterdam. Known for its lakes, Vinkeveen offers a variety of biking, walking, and boating routes. It’s a haven for nature lovers who wish to enjoy breathtaking lake views and activities like sailing, waterskiing, and lake-side dining.

It was decided that the clients can bring their partners along to this amazing event in Vinkeveen. We had about 100 guests total. They arrived on Saturday at 3 pm to check-in at the beautiful hotel Apollo.

With its private marina and magnificent views of Vinkeveense plassen, this fabulous property was a perfect place to stay for our guests. The luxury rooms were equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Getting back to the event itself...We were super lucky with the weather. It was sunny and our guests could sit on the beautiful outdoor terrace, unwind with a refreshing drink, and see each other after such a long time in a Harbour Experience in Vinkeveen.

In the evening, delicious food from the harbour club was served for dinner and many people stayed until late.

In the morning, a lovely breakfast buffet was organized for our guests before kicking off with the sales presentation. As for the activities, we booked many boats for the event, so that everyone can have a good time on Vinkeveense plassen.

There were 5 people per boat. Some of them were in boats individually, while others had a captain.

We closed the day with premium BBQ, where clients could mingle and enjoy mouthwatering foods. Everyone left home around 3 pm. The feedback received from the clients was amazing. They liked the new format of the event with a relaxing program and an overnight stay.
