Company Event in Amsterdam

Scroll

This was a 2-day company event in Amsterdam for 200 people from a pharmaceutical company with offices in Sweden, Germany, and The Netherlands.

For the company event in Amsterdam, all the delegates arrived at Schiphol Airport. There were four coaches waiting to transfer all the delegates to the DoubleTree by Hilton in Amsterdam. They started with a welcome cocktail at the Sky lounge, which is the bar on the rooftop of the hotel.

Amsterdam is also called Venice of the north, because of its 165 beautiful canals. It’s an amazing way to explore the city by boat and a great way to explore the Dutch beauties. We used this opportunity to transport the delegates from DoubleTree by Hilton to The Harbour Club in East Amsterdam.

For the company event in Amsterdam, they experienced a vibrant atmosphere and they ate extraordinary food during a walking dinner. The restaurant is a blend of Miami, Barcelona, and the Côte d’Azur. The DJ and saxophonist created the right setting for after-dinner dancing.

The second day started off with a lovely breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, there was the opportunity to explore Amsterdam further. The delegates had to sign up for one of the eight guided activities in the city.

Among the activities were a walking tour, a biking tour, and a visit to one of the museums, just to name a few. This was a great way for the guests to be able to interact and explore the city together.

Some people preferred free time to go shopping on the Nine Streets. After the activities, they had a goodbye lunch before heading back home. During this lunch photos from the evening before were projected as a surprise for the guests. This was a pleasant end to a memorable company event in Amsterdam.
