Company Trip to Marrakech

EVENTÔIR organised an unforgettable company trip in Marrakesh, spanning four captivating days of cultural immersion and luxury indulgence. For the first evening dinner, the general management team descended upon this majestic Moroccan marvel, where Sultan Suleiman's legacy echoes through the ages.

Palais Soleiman is considered to be a testament to Marrakesh's allure, where every corner exuded charm and elegance. The ambiance was magical, with vibrant hues reminiscent of Marrakesh's rich tapestry adorning the surroundings. The team convened around a meticulously arranged cross table, a symbol of unity and collaboration.

On day two, it was all about the arrival, a moment filled with excitement as the journey truly began for all the guests. Touching down in the enchanting city of Marrakesh, the 300 guests were spread out and  greeted with warm hospitality at both the Movenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakesh and Sofitel  Marrakesh Palais Imperial and Spa. A delightful welcome lunch awaited them, providing a perfect opportunity for everyone to come together, exchange stories, and forge new connections.

The evening gala dinner was a mesmerizing sight to behold, with hanging Moroccan lights casting a soft, enchanting glow over the scene. Each table was adorned with exquisite candle setups, creating a flickering dance of light and shadow that added to the ambiance of the event. It was also the first stop of the Cosmic Caravan.

It was a visual feast that perfectly complemented the opulent flavours and aromas of Moroccan cuisine, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

Day three commenced with an extraordinary journey through the vibrant heart of Marrakesh, the bustling medina. Guests immersed themselves in a myriad of captivating activities, each carefully curated to offer a glimpse into the city's rich tapestry of culture and tradition. Led by expert guides, they embarked on an exploration of hidden gems, uncovering the secrets and stories woven into the labyrinthine streets.

After a morning filled with discovery and wonder, guests were treated to a truly magical experience at Al Baraka. Nestled within the enchanting confines of a Moroccan patio, they were enveloped in the timeless beauty and tranquillity of the setting. Against the backdrop of ornate tilework and lush greenery, they indulged in a feast of Moroccan delicacies.

As the night descended upon the desert, an air of anticipation filled the air, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening beneath the full moon. At Palmgrove desert, a majestic dome awaited, greeting guests into a Moroccan camping setting like no other.

Upon entering, guests were welcomed by a vibrant souk experience filled with tantalizing scents and treasures from the region, offering a glimpse into the rich tapestry of Moroccan culture. Amidst the lively atmosphere, henna tattoo artists adorned hands with intricate designs, while the sweet aroma of shisha wafted through the air, inviting guests to indulge in a moment of relaxation. This was also the second stop of the cosmic caravan.

As the evening unfolded, the desert came alive with mesmerizing performances. Belly dancers enchanted with their graceful movements, weaving tales of ancient mystique, while fire jugglers dazzled with their daring displays of skill and precision.

The night reached its crescendo with a breathtaking finale, as the company logo was ceremoniously set on fire, illuminating the desert with a blaze of light and colour, a fitting conclusion to a truly magical evening that would linger in the memories of all.

The final day of the event commenced with an all-hands meeting, a moment of reflection and recognition as they looked back on their accomplishments with pride and gratitude. It was a time to honour the hard work and dedication of each individual, reaffirming their shared vision and commitment to success. Following the meeting, guests had the opportunity to explore the company fair, a bustling showcase of innovation and creativity.

As the sun began to set, for the final dinner, an exquisite affair was held at Dar Soukkar, a historic sugar factory steeped in the rich hues and traditions of red Moroccan ambiance.

The night unfolded with a mesmerizing array of entertainment, a spectacle of belly dancers, fire jugglers, and Moroccan dancers, their performances igniting the senses and captivating the soul.

As the evening drew to a close, the festivities continued with an unforgettable club night, where guests came together one last time to dance and revel in the joy of shared memories. With the pulsating rhythm of music filling the air, laughter echoed long into the night, a testament to the bonds forged and the moments cherished during this extraordinary journey.
