"For the fifth consecutive year, EVENTÔIR partnered with Forbion to deliver an annual investor gathering designed to balance executive credibility with fresh creative evolution — transforming a traditional LP meeting into an immersive and memorable experience."

The Context

Elevating a Five-Year Partnership

Forbion’s Annual LP Meeting is a key moment in the firm’s yearly calendar, bringing together global investors and partners within the life sciences sector.

With many attendees returning each year, the event must maintain a high level of consistency while introducing new elements that keep the experience engaging and distinctive.

By 2025, EVENTÔIR had already delivered four successful editions of the gathering. The challenge was therefore no longer simply operational excellence, but thoughtful evolution — ensuring that the fifth edition felt fresh while preserving the executive tone expected in an investor setting.

Forbion’s Annual LP Meeting

The objective for the 2025 edition was to create a refined experience that reflected both Forbion’s credibility and its position at the forefront of life sciences innovation.

Key priorities included:

  • Creating an environment that balanced professionalism with visual distinction
  • Delivering a memorable investor dinner experience without compromising executive tone
  • Ensuring seamless transitions between formal meetings and social networking moments
  • Elevating the overall experience compared to previous editions

Investor Meetings

The Amstel Hotel

The daytime program began at the historic InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam, where smaller investor meetings took place within the hotel’s elegant salons.

The venue offered a refined atmosphere that balanced authority with comfort — an ideal setting for strategic conversations among investors.

A clean corporate setup featured subtle branding elements, including an illuminated Forbion sign that reinforced brand presence without distracting from the discussions.

A Contemporary Dutch Concept

The evening program moved to Capital C Amsterdam, where EVENTÔIR introduced a new creative concept: “Van Gogh x Delft Blue.

The idea reinterpreted Dutch artistic heritage through a contemporary lens, reflecting the intersection of science, creativity and vision that defines Forbion’s work.

Suspended glass cylinders filled with sunflowers created vertical sculptural installations above the tables, referencing Vincent van Gogh’s iconic imagery. Deep blue table linens echoed traditional Delft Blue porcelain, creating a vibrant contrast with the yellow floral palette.

The result was an immersive yet elegant environment that balanced artistic expression with investor-level sophistication.

Arrival Experience

Upon arrival, guests were welcomed by a striking champagne installation featuring a sculptural champagne tower surrounded by a large sunflower arrangement.

Each glass contained golden popping pearls, adding a subtle sensory detail that enhanced the moment.

Two “Delft Blue Ladies,” dressed in couture-inspired porcelain prints, greeted guests and created an immediate visual focal point, encouraging interaction and photography as attendees entered the space.

Dining & Atmosphere

Dinner was catered by Maison van den Boer, delivering a refined three-course culinary experience that complemented the evening’s elegant styling.

Entertainment was intentionally understated to preserve the conversational atmosphere expected in an investor setting. A live violinist accompanied the reception, while a DJ maintained a subtle energy throughout the evening.

This carefully balanced approach allowed the design concept and guest interactions to remain the central focus.
