A performance marketing network company hired EVENTÔIR to plan a three-day incentive in Amsterdam for attendees from all over the world, for instance, Mexico, the U.S., and Switzerland.

After the arrival of all the guests at the Soho House Amsterdam, the guests got to take up their hotel rooms. Soho House is a private members club that you can find in very diverse locations like North America, Asia, Europe, and the UK. The perfect hotel for an Incentive in Amsterdam.

Being a member at Soho gives you access to various facilities, namely bars, restaurants, a rooftop pool, a gym, and a screening room.

However, you can also make use of all of the previously mentioned amenities by booking a stay to become a temporary member. Therefore, the group got access to an exclusive member floor including a cocktail bar and a cozy lounge to spend the evening.

The next morning, the team was gathered at the office. Some presentations were held, the attendees were shown around the location and last but not least, they enjoyed their lunch in good company.

The guests were brought to an escape room right after. A great team building activity that requires the team to communicate with each other to be able to solve the mystery. An adventurous afternoon that brought the people together with fun memories to talk about later.

The fun didn't stop there. The incentive in Amsterdam carried on, They were then picked up in the evening to go to the Loft which is located in the Adam tower. Here, 25 clients got to eat a gourmet dinner before the location was transformed into a major party setting.

A DJ, a singer, and spectacular views were only some of the highlights that the 200 guests were able to experience. A special night to share with friends and family, as the invited employees and clients got to bring two further guests. Moreover, a sharing box photo booth was set up.

The last day of the Incentive in Amsterdam was a great way to sum everything up. The guests were still talking about the fun party they've had while stepping on a boat to get a cruise tour through the canals of Amsterdam. 80 people got to experience a BBQ and drinks on the boat, next to listening to great music, dancing, talking and simply enjoying the sun and the fresh air.
