Incentive in Sitges

EVENTÔIR organised an associate weekend in the lovely coastal town of Sitges. This gathering was designed to meet for the second year in a row, the unique needs of Gleiss Lutz, a leading European law firm known for their exceptional legal expertise and commitment to delivering top-notch services. The event smoothly blended business and leisure, offering an unforgettable canva for 160 vibrant associate greeting from diverse locations in Germany and Belgium to gather at the Melia Sitges hotel.

Our collaboration with Gleiss Lutz focused on developing an event program combining culture, culinary delights, team building, and endless enjoyment. On the first day, attendees had the gift of time. After arriving at the hotel, everyone got the opportunity to unwind and recharge, indulging in relaxation in the luxurious surroundings. Later, they embarked on a guided tour around Sitges, a seaside jewel.

After a rejuvenating day, our attendees were treated to a delightful culinary experience at the seaside restaurant Can Laury, savouring the flavours of a paella. The associate finally gathered at the contemporary See You Chill Out for after-dinner drinks, forging connections and creating lasting memories.

On the second day of the event, attendees had the opportunity to discover Barcelona where teams embarked on a Urban Hoppers activity. This vibrant endeavour featured dynamic challenges, including Blind Tapas Tasting or a glimpse into the historic Jewish Quarter. The reward was a lunch at 1881 per Sagardi, followed by leisure time to explore Barcelona's enchanting streets.

After a day of getting to know each other better, attendees had a memorable evening at the stunning La Daurada. Nestled right in front of the sea, the venue's natural wonder set the perfect stage for the last night. The dinner was just the beginning, as the atmosphere transformed into an incredible party setting with a talented DJ, making La Daudara a truly magical place to create lasting memories.
