During the month of September, EVENTÔIR organised an Incentive weekend in Amsterdam for Gleiss Lutz, one of Germany's leading full-service law firms. Each year they organise a corporate annual event for their young lawyers in different European cities for one weekend. This year Amsterdam had been chosen as their final destination!

Welcome Reception at W Hotel

The incentive weekend in Amsterdam started off with a motivational workshop conducted by <b>Salmaan Sana</b>. The workshop focused on inspiring the employees in finding the best version of themselves within the company. On Friday evening the guests had a fancy dinner, with a short cocktail reception in a private and exclusive area of the W hotel.

On Saturday morning, the guests experienced a very typical Dutch activity. We came up with a <b>canal boat challenge</b>, a competitive and interactive city game in the beautiful canals of Amsterdam. Armed with an iPad, the teams navigate around the Amsterdam waterways with their canal boat!

After their entertaining activity, the guests gathered together for lunch at the beautiful sunny <b>Vondelpark</b>. The sophisticated decorations with flower ornaments integrated the guests into the park's nature.

Sailing Event Venue

Lastly, the guests had a pleasant surprise by having an exclusive gala dinner in the modern, stylish <b>Oceandiva</b>. A concept boat with an event space for dinner and a party. The guests had a fantastic time enjoying their food and cruising through the Amsterdam waters. Overall it was a successful event which allowed the guests to connect with each other and disconnect from their daily routine.
